About the program: UserKVYMonitor is the user activity analyzer for NetWare server. Only by using this program you can get know about who of your users was loading the server. Main window of the program:

UserKVYMonitor scans user connections to NetWare server and collects the following information: - Full list of the users logged to server. - Connection amounts of these users. - Their login time. - How many bytes each user has read from the server after the login and start of the program. - How many bytes each user has written to the server after the login and start of the program. - How many requests each user has made on the server after the login and start of the program. - How many files each user created on volumes of the server. - User's total time in the network after login.
Using this program you also can fulfill the following operations: - Select servers for review - Disable/enable login on the server - Refresh information in the main window - Get the full list of all opened files on the server - Get the list of all opened files for each user - Search files by their types - Get information from NDS for desirable user - Send message to any user you want - Clear user's connection on server - Set up the time for automatically poll of information from the server - Get information about server's work (the general information from the Console Monitor utility) - Save all information to HTML file - Ping workstations and servers by IP or IPX - Remote management of workstations via Novell ZENworks Remote Management Agent - Review the current Console.log - Control NLM on the server - Execute a NCF file on the server - Run a network utility on your workstation - Purge all deleted files on the server volumes - Collect and save info (session statistics) about users, which logged out of the server
Requirements: - Windows XP/2000/2003/Vista. The demo copy works only in Windows XP/2000/2003 environment
- Novell Client v.4.91 (and later) for Windows XP/2000/2003 and Novell Client for Windows Vista 1.0 (and later) for Windows Vista.
- Versions of NetWare servers for review: 4.x, 5.x , 6.x and OpenEnterprise Server NetWare - Network card. For normal work you can use any network card, including wireless connections, but there will be better performance in case of the faster connection. - The necessary rights for UserKVYMonitor work: 1. You need to have the operator console rights on the server, from which you want to get info.
2. In this version of the program the operation Clear connection requires the Supervisor rights on the server.
3. For the operations Open files you must have the [RF] rights on all users' directories of this server
Install / Upgrade / Uninstall: To install the program, double-click on the file SetupUsr.exe and follow the install program directions. Uninstalling of the program. For this use the Add/Remove Programs folder in Control Panel of your workstation or run the uninst.exe file from the UserKVYMonitor directory. Upgrade:
1. If you installed 1.0.1 beta version you must uninstall it firstly. 2. If you have v.1.0.4 or later - install the new copy into the same directory of the previous program's version.
