Fixed:

1. Renamed the program. UserMonitor is used by the program of other developers. The new name of our program is UserKVYMonitor.
2. Removed "KB" from the columns titles in the main window. All values are always shown in bytes there.
3. Modified the commands Open files in the Server and Users menu. The program halted with the error 89a8 when the administrator did not have enough rights on server volumes.
4. The program showed an incomplete list of logged users in the main window.

New features:

1. Added the Connection number field to the window Open Filse of the Open files command of the User menu.
2. Added the Clear connection and NDS info buttons to the window of Open Files of the Server menu.
3. Added four attributes to the NDS Info window.
