1. Question: After the payment was proceeded, I didn't recieve any link for downloading from reseller.

Answer: Don't worry, inform us about your order number, and we'll organize the new link for downloading for you.

 

2. Question: I am getting an error: can not find any tree in the network

Answer: Usually you can get the same message if SLP (or/and SAP) works incorrectly in the network. How can I check it? You must see the tree in the Novell Login window ( Advanced option).

 

3. Question: Why I can choose just one server in the Demo version?

Answer: This restriction is provided just for the Demo version. Demo copy gives possibility to work with one server which is choosen by the program itself. If you want to work with few servers you should buy full version of the program.

 

4. Question: I bought release version of the program. How much copies can I install in my network?

Answer: The license gives you a right to install as much copies as you want in your enterprice network.

 

5. Question: While scanning server volume in Volume Usage mode the program causes an error with 899Ñ code for appointed file

Answer: 899Ñ code means that the program defined invalid path to the file. Usually it occures when file's name or its directory was named on other language, not supported on admin workstation. Provide language support on your workstation.

 

6. Question: Where can I get to know about the latest versions of the program?

Answer: In this case we inform our customers by e-mail, and put new information on this site and on the sites of our partners

 

7. Question: I can't pay by a credit card. Does any other payment way exist, except 2CheckOut?

Answer: Yes, we may offer to proceed the payment through WIRE or ACH (only for US customers), E-checks. For getting of more details, please contact us

 

8. Question: Whether it works in Windows Vista ?

Answer: Yes, but in such case firstly you have to install Novell Client for Vista 1.0 (and later) and buy a released version of the program
